At Pure Mist we’re committed to providing high-quality products. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it within reason.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened and unused items in original packaging

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety and compliance reasons.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your return:

We’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the packaging and product

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
Legal Compliance Note
As a CBD and functional mushroom retailer, we must follow strict health and safety regulations. This limits our ability to resell returned products and is why we enforce the unopened-only return policy.
